Richarlison has responded to Harvey Elliott’s ’30’ gesture by mocking him on social media.
This incident occurred following Liverpool’s impressive 5-1 victory over Tottenham, which secured their second Premier League title in five years.
The former Everton forward, who has had a strained relationship with the Anfield fans, became the subject of mockery during the latter part of the match.
Shortly after entering the game as a substitute, the 27-year-old confronted Elliott after the Liverpool midfielder attempted a nutmeg.
Elliott, a lifelong Liverpool supporter, reacted with a grin and displayed a ’30’ gesture, which is believed to be a taunt regarding Everton’s 30-year trophy drought.
