Liverpool is not currently seeking to acquire Lyon’s Rayan Cherki this summer, even though the French midfielder has expressed his readiness for a new chapter in his career.
According to Sky Sports reporter Patrick Berger, Cherki is not regarded as a priority target for the Reds.
Instead, Liverpool is concentrating on alternative options, with Bayer Leverkusen’s Florian Wirtz becoming a prominent name on their list.
