Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister has been awarded the Premier League Player of the Month for April 2025, while Vitor Pereira, the manager of Wolverhampton Wanderers, has received the Manager of the Month accolade.
Mac Allister scored a remarkable long-range goal during a disappointing 3-2 loss to Fulham and concluded a stellar month by scoring the first goal in the 5-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur, which secured Liverpool’s status as Premier League champions.
He becomes only the fourth Argentinian to receive the Premier League’s monthly honor, joining the ranks of Juan Sebastian Veron, Carlos Tevez, and Sergio Aguero.
This season, Liverpool has celebrated two distinct award recipients, with Mac Allister succeeding the influential Mohamed Salah, who was honored in both November 2024 and February 2025.

There may have been five nominees for April’s Manager of the Month award, including title-winner Arne Slot, but Pereira was the clear favourite after leading Wolves to a perfect month.
