Football transfer rumours: Real Madrid make Mac Allister bid; Raphinha’s Barcelona exit threat

Real Madrid is poised to make a €90 million (£76.5 million) offer for Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister, whom they consider a long-term replacement for Luka Modric.

Liverpool, however, is expected to request €100 million (£85 million) to release Mac Allister this summer.

Additionally, midfielder Harvey Elliott is also rumored to be leaving Liverpool, with former club Fulham discussing a potential transfer involving left-back Antonee Robinson.

Chelsea is interested in Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers, who, despite not being officially on the market, could be sold for a substantial profit after being acquired for just £8 million last year.

Aston Villa aims to retain Rogers, while Jacob Ramsey is more likely to depart, attracting interest from Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester City.

Manchester City is prepared to invest over €100 million (£85 million) to acquire Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Florian Wirtz, who has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Bayern Munich.

Real Madrid is also interested in signing Wirtz as a replacement for winger Rodrygo, whose valuation stands at €100 million (£85 million), with both Arsenal and Manchester City showing interest in the Real Madrid forward.

Meanwhile, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are at the forefront of the competition to sign Lyon midfielder Rayan Cherki, who is available for approximately €35 million (£29.8 million).

Winger Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United is also on the move, with Napoli interested in his €50 million (£42.5 million) price tag.

Lastly, Marcus Rashford is not inclined to make a permanent transfer to Aston Villa after his loan from Manchester United ends and is willing to accept a pay cut to pursue a dream move to Barcelona.

Raphinha has warned Barcelona president Joan Laporta he will leave the club this summer if a new player is signed to provide competition for his position, such as Athletic Club’s Nico Williams.
