After a standout season where he started all 32 Premier League matches, contributing to Liverpool’s title triumph, Gravenberch’s agent, Jose Fortes, felt it necessary to comment on his client’s potential.
Fortes asserted that Gravenberch is “good enough” for Real Madrid and expressed a desire for him to join the club.
However, Mail Sport has clarified that these remarks have been misinterpreted.
It appears that Fortes was expressing his personal view on Real Madrid as a coveted destination.
The report further states that Gravenberch “is going nowhere,” which is a positive development for Liverpool as they aim to strengthen their squad.
Additionally, Gravenberch’s midfield partner, Alexis Mac Allister, has also been linked with a potential transfer to Real Madrid.
Speculation was heightened by comments from Mac Allister’s father, Carlos, who has a background in professional football.
